di Simone Focardi – Non capita tutti i giorni infatti di poter correre e andare in bici sul mitico circuito del Mugello dove i piloti della Ferrari eseguono i loro test e Valentino Rossi e i suoi colleghi biker si contendono ogni anno, in primavera il campionato motomondiale fra derappate e rettilinei mozzafiato.
Qui si svolgerà sabato 2 marzo il Dualtlon Mugellointeramente all’interno del circuito una gara speciale dove questa volta a correre nel circuito saranno i battistrada delle scarpe da runner e le gomme delle bici da corsa. Si partirà proprio sotto il semaforo del via, sul lungo rettilineo. Gli atleti di corsa dovranno percorrere un giro intero del circuito per 5,25 chilometri e poi, giunti in zona cambio davanti alle tribune d’arrivo i duatleti inforcheranno le biciclette per terminare la gara dopo aver percorso quattro giri completi del circuito per un totale di 21 chilometri. Infine, giunti nuovamente in zona cambio lasceranno le bici e termineranno la gara correndo nuovamente un mezzo giro di pista per un totale di 2,9 chilometri giungendo al traguardo posto sempre in prossimità del rettilineo, ma vicino agli splendidi box.
In totale il tracciato si estende per 5250 metri nei dolci declivi delle colline toscane, dove innovazione tecnologica e salvaguardia ambientale sanno convivere. I

Lo chiamano il mare dei fiorentini per la vicinanza alla città di Firenze, ma anche per tutte le attività sportive che è possibile praticare in acqua.
Siamo nel cuore del Mugello più precisamente sul Lago di Bilancino. Nato per risolvere i problemi di approvvigionamento idrico dell’area fiorentina, questo invaso artificiale nel tempo è diventato punto di riferimento per i tutti toscani in cerca di relax, natura e svago soprattutto nelle giornate più calde.
A venti chilometri dal capoluogo toscano, facilmente raggiungibile in auto o con autobus di linea, il lago offre ogni tipo di attività.
Per i pigri e gli amanti della siesta non mancano le spiagge attrezzate con sdraio e ombrelloni proprio come negli stabilimenti balneari.
Il sole c’è, l’acqua (pulita) anche. Insomma, non manca niente. Chi invece ama lo sport e il movimento si può cimentare in attività divertenti tra le quali la canoa, il windsirf o la vela.
Per questi sport è nato il circolo nautico del Mugello che oltre ad insegnare tali discipline organizza anche eventi tra cui regate e gite più conviviali.
Inoltre è interessante sapere che sulla sponda nord-est del lago da qualche tempo è nata l’Oasi diGabbianello, un’area protetta che ha una grande valore in termini di conservazione della specie animale e vegetali. Un contesto ambientale unico nel suo genere. A cavallo, a piedi o in bicicletta si possono infine scoprire gli itinerari circostanti. Non si rimarrà delusi.

Immerso nel verde delle colline fiorentine si trova il nostro agriturismo. In pochi minuti si raggiunge a 2 Km. il paese di Dicomano, borgo già importante nel medioevo sovrastato dalla Pieve romanica di S.Maria dove si possono ammirare dipinti del ‘500 e‘600 fiorentino e dall’oratorio di Sant’Onofrio di architettura neoclassica.
Nelle vicinanze dell’ Agriturismo si trova Vicchio, dove si può visitare la casa natale del famoso Giotto. Scarperia, dove si trova l’autodromo del Mugello ed il Country Golf Club Poggio dei Medici. Nei dintorni si possono visitare anche scavi archeologici etruschi.
Gli agevoli collegamenti stradali e ferroviari consentono di raggiungere le maggiori città d’arte della Toscana; Firenze, Fiesole, Pisa, Siena e tanti piccoli borghi medievali.
Il nostro agriturismo è un un complesso costituito dalla Villa Padronale del 1700, da un vecchio fienile ristrutturato e da un’antica casa colonica recentemente restaurata e trasformata in 4 appartamenti arredati con mobili d’epoca.
L’ azienda agricola si si trova in mezzo a boschi, oliveti e prati verdi dove pascolano mucche e vitellini.
Caratterizza la proprietà la tranquillità, il verde tutt’intorno e la squisita ospitalità dei proprietari.
Ad uso comune degli ospiti la sala da biliardo e la piscina di mt. 6×12 circondata da tavolini, ombrelloni e lettini. Parcheggio privato coperto L’agriturismo è composto da 4 appartamenti il cui arredamento con mobili d’epoca è stato curato dai proprietari nei minimi particolari. Ogni appartamento è composto da cucina attrezzata, il soggiorno, 1/2/3 camere e bagno.
Ogni appartamento dispone inoltre di un piccolo giardino con sedie,tavolo,ombrellone e barbecue. La biancheria viene fornita ad ogni appartamento con cambio settimanale.

Scarperia is an ather important and beatiful homlet near Dicomano here is situated the most important italian autodrome and the Country-golf “Poggio dei Medici”.
The farm is encircled by woods,olive trees,archards and green fields where you can find cows and calves that are grazing.
Road and eilwy connections let you easily reach the main artistic cities in Tuscany like Firenze, Fiesole, Siena, Pisa and many little medieval homlets.
