di Simone Focardi – Dal 22 novembre 2013 al20 giugno 2014. Riparte l’attesissimo ciclo di cene aperte al pubblico nella splendida Fortezza Medicea che ospita la Casa di Reclusione di Volterra.
Nella cucina del carcere chef professionisti fianco a fianco con i carcerati per un’iniziativa unica dall’alto valore sociale e benefico.
Tutto pronto per l’appuntamento numero otto con “Cene galeotte”, iniziativa unica capace di coniugare i piaceri della tavola con un progetto di fortissima valenza sociale.
Dopo il successo crescente registrato nella passate edizioni – e gli oltre 1.000 partecipanti dello scorso anno, ben 10.000 dalla sua “prima” – venerdì 22 novembre parte la nuova edizione. Lo staff della Casa di Reclusione di Volterra accoglierà il pubblico per un altro indimenticabile momento di solidarietà, con i detenuti impegnati al fianco di chef professionisti nella preparazione di otto cene con cadenza mensile fino a giugno 2014.
Un evento dall’anima anche benefica, visto che il ricavato (il costo ogni cena è di 35 euro a persona) sarà come sempre integralmente devoluto ai progetti umanitari sostenuti dalla Fondazione il cuore si scioglie, che dal 2000 vede impegnata Unicoop Firenze assieme al mondo del volontariato laico e cattolico.
Si rinnova dunque la possibilità di un’esperienza irripetibile per i visitatori, ma anche un momento vissuto con grandissimo coinvolgimento da parte dei detenuti, che grazie al percorso formativo in sala e cucina vanno acquisendo un bagaglio professionale che in ben sedici casi si è tradotto in vero impiego presso ristoranti locali, secondo l’art. 21 che regolamenta il lavoro al di fuori del carcere.
Nuovi chef – toscani e non – coinvolti nel progetto, nuove emozionanti serate, ma formula vincente che resta invariata.
La splendida Fortezza Medicea che ospita la Casa di Reclusione, esempio fra i più suggestivi e meglio conservati di architettura militare rinascimentale, aprirà alle ore 19,30 le proprie porte per l’aperitivo, allestito nel cortile interno sotto le antiche mura.
A seguire la cena (ore 20.30), servita nella vecchia cappella dell’Istituto trasformata per l’occasione in sala ristorante con tanto di candele, camerieri/detenuti in divisa e, nel piatto, un ricco menu preparato dai carcerati con il supporto di uno chef professionista che metterà a disposizione – gratuitamente – tutta la sua esperienza. Ad accompagnare le portate una selezione di etichette fornit, anche in questo caso a titolo gratuito, da un’azienda vinicola.
Il progetto è realizzato con la collaborazione del Ministero della Giustizia, la direzione della Casa di Reclusione di Volterra, la supervisione artistica del giornalista e critico enogastronomico Leonardo Romanelli, che provvede ad individuare gli chef coinvolti nell’evento.
Un ruolo fondamentale è inoltre ricoperto dalla Fisar – Delegazione Storica di Volterra, che oltre ad offrire durante l’anno ai detenuti un percorso formativo professionale attraverso un calendario di lezioni, si occupa del servizio e della selezione delle aziende vinicole via via coinvolte.

In the prison kitchen professional chefs side by side with the prisoners for a unique initiative high social value and beneficial.
All ready for the appointment number eight with ” Cene galeotte” , a unique initiative which combines the pleasures of the table with a plan for strong social value.
After the growing success recorded in the previous editions – and the more than 1,000 participants last year, as many as 10,000 of its “first” – Friday, November 22 Apart from the new edition. The staff of the House of Detention of Volterra welcome the public for another unforgettable moment of solidarity with the prisoners committed alongside professional chefs in the preparation of eight dinners on a monthly basis until June 2014.
An event from the soul even beneficial , since the proceeds (the cost of each dinner is 35 € per person) will, as always entirely donated to humanitarian projects supported by the Foundation ‘s heart melts , which since 2000 sees Unicoop engaged with the world: voluntary secular and Catholic.
It renews and therefore the possibility of a unique experience for visitors , but also a time lived with great involvement by inmates , who, thanks to training in living room and kitchen are acquiring a professional background in sixteen cases has resulted in real job at local restaurants, according to Art. 21, which regulates the work outside the prison.
New chef – Tuscan and non – involved in the project , new and exciting evenings , but winning formula remains unchanged.
The splendid Medici fortress that houses the House of Detention , an example of the most beautiful and best -preserved Renaissance military architecture , will open its doors at 19.30 for an aperitif , served in the courtyard under the ancient walls .
Following dinner ( 20.30 ) , served in the old chapel of the transformed for the occasion in the dining room with lots of candles , waiters / detainees in uniform and , in the pot, a rich menu prepared by the inmates with the support of a professional chef who will provide – free of charge – all his experience . To accompany the course a selection of wines supp , also in this case free of charge, from a winery.
The project is implemented in collaboration with the Ministry of Justice, the direction of the house Imprisonment of Volterra, the artistic supervision of the journalist and wine critic Leonardo Romanelli , who shall identify the chefs involved in the event .
A key role is also played by the Fisar – Delegation of Historic Volterra, who during the year as well as offering training to detainees a professional through a program of lectures, takes care of the service and selection of wineries gradually involved.

di Nadia Fondelli – Fino al 2 febbraio 2014 Pisa è capitale della Pop Part ospitando oltre centocinquanta opere provenienti dall’Andy Warhol Museum di Pittsburgh, e da numerose collezioni americane ed europee, ripercorreranno il percorso creativo dell’artista che tanto ha rivoluzionato l’arte del XX secolo.
Dopo le mostre dedicate a Chagall, a Mirò, a Picasso e a Kandinsky, che hanno portato a Pisa oltre 300.000 visitatori in quattro anni, BLU Palazzo d’arte e cultura apre le sue porte quest’anno all’arte creativa di Andy Warhol con quello che è già uno degli eventi clou dell’autunno-inverno 2013-2014 in Italia.
L’esposizione, curata da Walter Guadagnini e Claudia Beltramo Ceppi, presenta circa 150 opere, tra cui 20 fotografie Polaroid, in grado di ripercorrere l’itinerario creativo dell’autore che tanto ha rivoluzionato l’arte del XX secolo, grazie alla collaborazione con l’Andy Warhol Museum di Pittsburgh, che custodisce una larga parte dl suo lascito, e al supporto di alcune storiche collezioni, come quelle delle gallerie Sonnabend, Feldman, Goodmann di New York, di musei europei come il Museo d’arte moderna e contemporanea Berardo di Lisbona, il Museo d’arte moderna di Nizza, l’Albertina e il Mumok di Vienna, oltre ad alcuni capolavori da raccolte pubbliche e private italiane, come la Collezione Lucio Amelio o la Collezione UniCredit.

di Nadia Fondelli – Per chi associa il gusto speciale ed unico del tartufo con il Piemonte sbaglia. In Italia esiste oltre a quest’isola felice rinomatissima altri luoghi vocati al prezioso tubero ed in Toscana ben due sono le località regine del tartufo che in questo novembre danno il meglio di se con le mostre mercato: San Miniato e San Giovanni d’Asso.
La prima Sagra del Tartufo di San Miniato si svolse alla fine degli anni sessanta e più precisamente il 26 Ottobre 1969 nella Piazza Del Duomo e, dopo due anni di stop, che servirono sicuramente a capire quale “potenziale” avesse questo prezioso prodotto, la festa è stata puntualmente ripetuta ogni anno.
Nel corso degli anni quella che era una semplice sagra si è ampliata sempre più, diventando oggi una Mostra Mercato di livello internazionale tant’è che la Mostra viene presentata alla stampa anche a Milano: al Tartufo Bianco, sempre protagonista assoluto, si sono aggiunti altri prodotti locali d’eccellenza toscani e nazionali come vini, formaggi e salumi che fanno di questi tre week-end di novembre un’importante vetrina delle grandi eccellenze italiane, poco conosciute e troppo spesso dimenticate.
Oggi arrivati al 43° anniversario, San Miniato ha saputo conservare la ricchezza delle tradizioni popolari che ancora fanno vivere al turista emozioni d’altri tempi: viene premiato il tartufo più grosso e il tartufaio più anziano, i commercianti espongono i loro prodotti, le associazioni si occupano di “ristorare i viandanti” con vecchie ricette, gli agriturismi offrono alloggi confortevoli in vecchie case coloniche e tutto questo lascia al turista il sapore del territorio e il desiderio di ripetere l’esperienza l’anno successivo.
L’edizione di quest’anno, dopo l’inaugurazione del 9 novembre con la consueta asta di beneficenza prosegue nei week end del 16, 17 novembre e 23, 24 novembre con fra l’altro con l’Omaggio al Cigoli con l’esposizione dell’autoritratto dell’artista Lodovico Cardi a Palazzo Grifoni. Da segnalate anche le visite guidate ai monumenti principali e ai segreti nascosti di San Miniato e la XXV Mostra Filatelico-Numismatica.
A San Giovanni d’Asso la Mostra Mercato è giunta quest’autunno alla sua XXVIII edizione. Ancora un week end speciale, quello del 16, 17 novembre per scoprire questo meraviglioso borgo medievale delle crete senesi adagiato in un paesaggio mozzafiato e il suo prezioso tubero.
Sarà possibile oltre alla mostra visitare anche il Museo del Tartufo – primo in Italia – e le mostre di artigianato e prodotti tipici per le vie del paese.
E per un’esperienza unica – da prenotare subito in quanto i posti sono limitati – è possibile il 17 novembre raggiungere San Giovanni d’Asso col Trenonatura, un bellissimo treno d’epoca che a ritmi d’altri tempi attraverso un paesaggio unico e ospitandovi nelle sue carrozze centoporte fra fischi e sbuffi di vapore vi porterà nella capitale del tartufo.

di Simone Focardi – Tutto pronto per l’annuale manifestazione dell’Oltrarno fiorentino, una tra le più storiche e tradizionali di Firenze. E come ormai da tradizione sarà il Florence Wine Event a far conoscere quuesto storico quartiere fiorentino.
Il Florence Wine Event che si terrà il 9 e 10 novembre è un’ormai consolidato appuntamento, giunto alla sua ottava edizione, dedicato ai vini di eccellenza da tutta Italia. Una promozione enologica che prevede la partecipazione di grandi che di più piccole aziende contraddistinte, entrambe, dall’ottima qualità dei loro prodotti.
Da questa ottava edizione porteranno in degustazione i loro prodotti anche alcune aziende di olio extravergine di oliva, che presenteranno le nuove annate, di grappa, di pane e di salumi toscani con un’attenzione particolare alla cinta senese, razza autoctona della regione.
Alle postazioni, come da tradizione del Florence Wine Event, saranno presenti gli stessi produttori che racconteranno al pubblico i loro vini, la loro storia ed i loro territori per far conoscere e apprezzare al meglio ciò che si gusta nel bicchiere. Ai banchi sarà possibile acquistare tutti i prodotti presenti.

di Nicoletta Curradi – Dal 24 settembre 2013 al 5 gennaio 2014 Firenze ospita nella Reggia di Palazzo Pitti una preziosa rassegna di pittura impressionista. 12 capolavori dal Museo d’Orsay vengono esposti nel Salone da Ballo del Quartiere d’Inverno della Galleria d’arte moderna.
Lo straordinario evento è frutto di uno scambio fra i due importanti istituti museali francese e italiano. Infatti il Museo d’Orsay, nel segno della reciprocità, ha prestato i 12 capolavori impressionisti a seguito dell’importante contributo della Galleria d’arte moderna alla realizzazione a Parigi, presso il Museo de l’Orangerie dal 10 aprile al 22 luglio scorsi, della mostra “I macchiaioli des impressionistes italiens?”.
Afferma la Soprintendente Cristina Acidini: “Si tratta di una mostra selettiva e meditata che, nel prendere le distanze dall’inflazionata usanza di esporre una “manciata” di quadri impressionisti per garantire agli organizzatori un sicuro successo ovunque nel mondo, si propone di rinnovare per i Fiorentini e per il pubblico internazionale di Palazzo Pitti l’incontro con la pittura impressionista entro la cornice dei confronti, delle suggestioni, dei ritmi dei quali solo Palazzo Pitti è depositario”.
19 capolavori dei maggiori protagonisti del movimento toscano, oltre al prezioso Album lo Zibaldone di Telemaco Signorini, sono usciti per 3 mesi dalla galleria fiorentina, l’istituzione che possiede la più importante raccolta di opere del movimento macchiaiolo. Così la Galleria d’arte moderna di Palazzo Pitti ha voluto dare il proprio sostanziale contributo a questo scambio culturale che mette in luce sincronicità del sentire e analogie di ricerca fra artisti francesi e italiani nella seconda metà dell’Ottocento.
Due Degas, due Monet, due Cézanne, due Renoir, due Pissarro, un Fantin Latour oltre ad un’ opera di Paul Guigou in mostra potrebbero suggerire ulteriori strade di studio e ricerca tese a mettere in luce alcune possibili contaminazioni tra le due culture francese e toscana, che possono aver costituito un punto di riferimento essenziale anche per le esperienze del nostro Novecento.
Le opere provenienti dal Museo d’ Orsay troveranno ad accoglierle in mostra due Pissarro Il taglio della siepe e l’Approssimarsi della bufera, oltre ad un piccolo olio di Alphonse Maureau Sulle rive della Senna, che facevano parte della collezione di Diego Martelli – critico d’arte molto vicino ai pittori macchiaioli nonché uno dei primi sostenitori in Italia dell’impressionismo – e furono da lui legati al museo con atto testamentario del 1894. Martelli aveva del resto sempre sperato, e lo aveva scritto più volte, di unire queste sue opere ad alcune tele di Fattori, di Gioli e di altri esponenti del movimento macchiaiolo per dimostrare, attraverso un confronto diretto tra le opere, le somiglianze tra i due linguaggi.
La mostra non intende esporre queste opere impressioniste e di altri esponenti di punta dell’ Ottocento francese come una rara occasione per riflettere sul pensiero culturale e filosofico che aveva portato a risultati così moderni già verso gli anni 70 dell’Ottocento.
Due le sezioni: la prima l’En plein air dedicata alle rappresentazioni di esterni: ai paesaggi ed al rapporto con la luce e le sue vibrazioni, iniziando da una Lavandaia di Paul Guigou del 1860, uno studio di nudo femminile di Auguste Renoir del 1875-76, per proseguire con Camille Pissarro, Sentiero in mezzo al bosco in estate, del 1877, mentre il L’ approssimarsi della bufera, del medesimo anno, è della Galleria d’arte moderna così come Il taglio della siepe del 1878. Sempre di Pissarro Un angolo di giardino all’Hermitage del 1877, mentre di Claude Monet la tavola del 1875 raffigurante Les Tuileries e del 1890 La Senna a Port – Villez .
La seconda sezione, dedicata agli interni, si apre con la Lettrice del 1861, e procede con un interno di natura collettiva e sociale, la Prova di balletto sulla scena del 1874, uno dei capolavori di Edgard Degas, poi con il Ritratto di donna con un vaso di porcellana del 1872 per giungere alle due nature morte di Cèzanne Il vaso blu del 1889-90 e Natura morta con cassetto aperto del 1877-79 e, a conclusione del percorso, un ritratto del 1911 di Augusto Renoir Gabriella con la rosa.
La mostra é stata curata – così come il catalogo edito da Sillabe – da Simonella Condemi e Rosanna Morozzi e promossa dal Ministero dei beni e delle attività culturali e del turismo con la Direzione Regionale per i Beni Culturali e Paesaggistici della Toscana, la Soprintendenza Speciale per il Patrimonio Storico, Artistico ed Etnoantropologico e per il Polo Museale della città di Firenze, la Galleria d’arte moderna di Palazzo Pitti e Firenze Musei.
Oltre ai capolavori impressionisti, prestito eccezionale dal Museo d ‘Orsay, il visitatore dal prossimo 30 settembre con lo stesso biglietto d’ingresso alla mostra potrà vedere non solo la collezione stabile della Galleria d’arte moderna, ma anche presso l ‘Andito degli Angiolini l’esposizione Ottocento Novecento. Acquisizioni 2008-2012, dove si presenteranno 30 opere acquistate dallo stesso museo o pervenutegli per donazione in quell’intervallo di tempo.
Inoltre alla fine di ottobre, nello stesso Andito degli Angiolini, avrà luogo una personale del pittore Possenti, a cura di Antonio Paolucci.
Tutte queste iniziative, insieme alle visite guidate gratuite nel quartiere della Duchessa d’Aosta ogni martedì fino al 17 dicembre, documentano un autunno molto intenso di eventi culturali promosso dalla Galleria d’arte moderna di Palazzo Pitti.

di Cristina Vannuzzi – La formula musicale della disco si riferisce ad una musica ballabile basata su un ritmo di quattro quarti……..ma non solo, dopo 30 anni, il termine “disco” è ancora di grande attualità e continua a influenzare la musica, l’arte, la moda, la musica più bella di tutti i tempi che è ancora un fenomeno commerciale mondiale, un patrimonio culturale che ha decisamente influenzato le tendenze di intere generazioni.
Ancora oggi la disco rappresenta un periodo, irripetibile, che ci ha accompagnato nell’epoca dei movimenti per i diritti civili, movimenti politici e di indipendenza, diritti dei gay ed un nuovo senso della libertà, una musica “semplice” e popolare, il flash back dei nostri primi amori, passioni e divertimento, anni anche spensierati, la nostra storia……
Abbiamo incontrato Andrea Roncato, artista, comico, attore, art director, presentatore, cavaliere di Malta, promotore di campagne per la difesa degli animali, ambasciatore nel mondo per la difesa dei bambini disabili……
Chissà perché i comici, per il pubblico, devono per forza mantenere l’etichetta del comico, fare ridere, sempre…..
Non per questo non è che la professione di comico sia riduttiva, ma, nel caso di Andrea Roncato mi sono trovata davanti ad una realtà diversa, un artista a tutto tondo, 360 gradi di professionalità, laurea in legge conseguita all’ Università di Bologna, corsi di recitazione in Italia e negli Stati Uniti, grande ironia e simpatia emiliana, sensibile e maturo, dove il tempo e il passare degli anni non hanno scalfito il candore e le aspettative per la sua nuova “giovinezza”, la sua attuale serenità, un artista che è stato presente nella vita artistica del nostro Paese negli ultimi 30/40 anni, e oggi mi manifesta la sua curiosità verso i giovani nel veloce cambiamento dei modi e delle mode, la sua umiltà nel riconoscere gli insegnamenti dei colleghi e la sua voglia di crescere, di affrontare nuove sfide nel campo della sua professione.
Andrea, i tuoi impegni attuali
Una serie di spettacoli in teatro con il mio partner storico Gigi Sammarchi, ho terminato da poco alcuni film di 100 minuti con Pupi Avati e la seconda serie per la TV de “Il restauratore” con Lando Buzzanca, e poi un lavoro con Muccino…..grandi registi, grandi lavori, grandi partner, ne sono veramente orgoglioso!
Da sempre comico, presentatore e oggi attore, artista serio e impegnato, ho voluto dare una svolta, cambiare totalmente pelle, non mi sento più adatto a delle parti e sono pronto per altre, un evolversi e il riconoscersi in mutamenti di ambiente, di animo, di sensibilità, ho la piena consapevolezza di una crescita, morale, professionale, spirituale.
Cos’è per te il talento e in chi lo riconosci?
Avendo lavorato con tutti i più grandi dello spettacolo non esito a definire delle grandi certezze e non più promesse la toscana Elena Sofia Ricci e la romana Micaela Ramazzotti, belle, colte, preparate, ma anche dotate di un talento innato, bravissime; per me sono le donne dello spettacolo del domani.
Sei su Wikipedia, hai lavorato nell’arco della tua vita professionale con i “mostri sacri” dello spettacolo….
Guarda, ti potrei fare i nomi, ma si tratta di tutti i nomi del cinema, dello spettacolo, della TV, tutti
i più grandi, e potrei citare, la Muti, Pippo Baudo, i Mondaini Vianello, Lino Banfi, Dorelli, la Cuccarini, Carmen Russo, Ciavarro, De Sica, Boldi…..a tutti loro io dico grazie, per quello che mi hanno insegnato e per quello che io ho potuto “rubare” dalle loro professionalità, dall’amicizia, dagli esempi, una stretta di mano, una pacca sulle spalle e via……, loro così grandi ti davano fiducia e ti passava il magone, mi sono formato proprio con i grandi e famosi, quelli che hanno fatto la storia della televisione, del cinema, dello spettacolo…gente come noi.
Considerazioni di un “ragazzo” all’inizio di una nuova avventura… La Capannina di Montepulciano.
Vedi, si deve osservare bene il mondo che cambia, la velocità dei mutamenti sociali e dei divertimenti, data da tanti fattori: non si possono più concepire le discoteche, che sono impossibili, sia per orario che per la musica stessa, la musica altissima, martellante, a tutto volume, fiumane di ragazzi che fanno chilometri per andare nel locale cult del momento, il dictat e le indicazioni dei dj, i ragazzi che entrano alle 12, alle 13 di notte per fare nottata fino alle 5 di mattina, uscire ubriachi e rischiare la vita…..infatti, economicamente i locali storici sono in crisi, ci sono meno locali, meno gestori, meno radio e meno dj.
Il Progetto La Capannina di Montepulciano……il locale si adegua ad un “nuovo” progetto, che forse è meglio definire “vecchio progetto”, quello dell’incontro per parlare, per socializzare e conoscersi, ascoltare bella musica, musica che ti da delle emozioni, suggestioni e ricordi, gustare un buon bicchiere, un buon piatto, e, a fine serata, tornare a casa lucidi e sereni.
I ragazzi sono stati travolti dalla tecnologia e hanno tralasciato gli aspetti psicologici e sociali della socializzazione, oggi, consapevoli di problemi, crisi e nuove realtà vogliono emozioni in uncontenitore diverso, uscire, andare fuori dopo una settimana di lavoro, divertirsi, ridere, parlare, e poi la musica, bella, sognante, di “cornice”..….è liberatorio un locale che ha, come progetto, quello di fare incontrare i giovani, per socializzare e, perché no, far nascere le amicizie e anche gli amori, l’emozione dell’incontro….come si faceva ai miei tempi, ma non lo scrivere!!!!
E per finire, il senso dell’essere: dietro un grande uomo c’è sempre una grande donna…..
È vero, io ho vicino una grande donna, come dice il prete all’altare… nel bene e nel male…..una donna solida, serena, una donna che ti prende per mano, ti accarezza e ti guarda mentre ti addormenti, e sai e sei consapevole che c’è, è accanto a te: è la serenità che ti accompagna quando ti svegli la mattina e la sera quando ti addormenti, è il tuo mondo, e sai…….. che in questo viaggio della vita….. non sei più solo.
Grazie Andrea per le tue parole, in questi momenti così difficili per i giovani le parole di un artista evergreen sono un insegnamento prezioso.

Even today, the record represents a period , unrepeatable , who accompanied us in the era of the civil rights movements , political movements and independence , gay rights and a new sense of freedom, a music “simple” and popular , the flash back of our first love, passion and fun, carefree years also , our history ……
We met Andrea Roncato , artist, comedian, actor , art director , presenter, Knight of Malta , campaigner for animal rights ambassador to the world for the defense of children with disabilities ……
I wonder why the comedians , for the public, must necessarily keep the label of the comic, make you laugh , always …..

See , it should be noted well the changing world, the speed of social change and entertainment , by so many factors : they can no longer conceive of the clubs , which are impossible , both for time and for the music itself, loud music , pounding, blaring , streams of boys who are miles to go in the local cult of the moment , the dictates and directions of the DJs , the guys that come at 12, at 13 at night to night until 5 in the morning , go out drunk and risk their lives ….. in fact, economically historic places are in crisis , there are less local , less management , less and less radio dj .
The Project Shed Montepulciano …… the local adapts to a “new” project , which is perhaps better to define ” old project ” , one of the meeting to talk, to socialize and get to know , listen to beautiful music , music that gives you the emotions , impressions and memories , enjoy a good glass , a good meal , and at the end of the evening, go home lucid and serene.
