di Cristina Vannuzzi – La formula musicale della disco si riferisce ad una musica ballabile basata su un ritmo di quattro quarti……..ma non solo, dopo 30 anni, il termine “disco” è ancora di grande attualità e continua a influenzare la musica, l’arte, la moda, la musica più bella di tutti i tempi che è ancora un fenomeno commerciale mondiale, un patrimonio culturale che ha decisamente influenzato le tendenze di intere generazioni.
Ancora oggi la disco rappresenta un periodo, irripetibile, che ci ha accompagnato nell’epoca dei movimenti per i diritti civili, movimenti politici e di indipendenza, diritti dei gay ed un nuovo senso della libertà, una musica “semplice” e popolare, il flash back dei nostri primi amori, passioni e divertimento, anni anche spensierati, la nostra storia……
Abbiamo incontrato Andrea Roncato, artista, comico, attore, art director, presentatore, cavaliere di Malta, promotore di campagne per la difesa degli animali, ambasciatore nel mondo per la difesa dei bambini disabili……
Chissà perché i comici, per il pubblico, devono per forza mantenere l’etichetta del comico, fare ridere, sempre…..
Non per questo non è che la professione di comico sia riduttiva, ma, nel caso di Andrea Roncato mi sono trovata davanti ad una realtà diversa, un artista a tutto tondo, 360 gradi di professionalità, laurea in legge conseguita all’ Università di Bologna, corsi di recitazione in Italia e negli Stati Uniti, grande ironia e simpatia emiliana, sensibile e maturo, dove il tempo e il passare degli anni non hanno scalfito il candore e le aspettative per la sua nuova “giovinezza”, la sua attuale serenità, un artista che è stato presente nella vita artistica del nostro Paese negli ultimi 30/40 anni, e oggi mi manifesta la sua curiosità verso i giovani nel veloce cambiamento dei modi e delle mode, la sua umiltà nel riconoscere gli insegnamenti dei colleghi e la sua voglia di crescere, di affrontare nuove sfide nel campo della sua professione.
Andrea, i tuoi impegni attuali
Una serie di spettacoli in teatro con il mio partner storico Gigi Sammarchi, ho terminato da poco alcuni film di 100 minuti con Pupi Avati e la seconda serie per la TV de “Il restauratore” con Lando Buzzanca, e poi un lavoro con Muccino…..grandi registi, grandi lavori, grandi partner, ne sono veramente orgoglioso!
Da sempre comico, presentatore e oggi attore, artista serio e impegnato, ho voluto dare una svolta, cambiare totalmente pelle, non mi sento più adatto a delle parti e sono pronto per altre, un evolversi e il riconoscersi in mutamenti di ambiente, di animo, di sensibilità, ho la piena consapevolezza di una crescita, morale, professionale, spirituale.
Cos’è per te il talento e in chi lo riconosci?
Avendo lavorato con tutti i più grandi dello spettacolo non esito a definire delle grandi certezze e non più promesse la toscana Elena Sofia Ricci e la romana Micaela Ramazzotti, belle, colte, preparate, ma anche dotate di un talento innato, bravissime; per me sono le donne dello spettacolo del domani.
Sei su Wikipedia, hai lavorato nell’arco della tua vita professionale con i “mostri sacri” dello spettacolo….
Guarda, ti potrei fare i nomi, ma si tratta di tutti i nomi del cinema, dello spettacolo, della TV, tutti
i più grandi, e potrei citare, la Muti, Pippo Baudo, i Mondaini Vianello, Lino Banfi, Dorelli, la Cuccarini, Carmen Russo, Ciavarro, De Sica, Boldi…..a tutti loro io dico grazie, per quello che mi hanno insegnato e per quello che io ho potuto “rubare” dalle loro professionalità, dall’amicizia, dagli esempi, una stretta di mano, una pacca sulle spalle e via……, loro così grandi ti davano fiducia e ti passava il magone, mi sono formato proprio con i grandi e famosi, quelli che hanno fatto la storia della televisione, del cinema, dello spettacolo…gente come noi.
Considerazioni di un “ragazzo” all’inizio di una nuova avventura… La Capannina di Montepulciano.
Vedi, si deve osservare bene il mondo che cambia, la velocità dei mutamenti sociali e dei divertimenti, data da tanti fattori: non si possono più concepire le discoteche, che sono impossibili, sia per orario che per la musica stessa, la musica altissima, martellante, a tutto volume, fiumane di ragazzi che fanno chilometri per andare nel locale cult del momento, il dictat e le indicazioni dei dj, i ragazzi che entrano alle 12, alle 13 di notte per fare nottata fino alle 5 di mattina, uscire ubriachi e rischiare la vita…..infatti, economicamente i locali storici sono in crisi, ci sono meno locali, meno gestori, meno radio e meno dj.
Il Progetto La Capannina di Montepulciano……il locale si adegua ad un “nuovo” progetto, che forse è meglio definire “vecchio progetto”, quello dell’incontro per parlare, per socializzare e conoscersi, ascoltare bella musica, musica che ti da delle emozioni, suggestioni e ricordi, gustare un buon bicchiere, un buon piatto, e, a fine serata, tornare a casa lucidi e sereni.
I ragazzi sono stati travolti dalla tecnologia e hanno tralasciato gli aspetti psicologici e sociali della socializzazione, oggi, consapevoli di problemi, crisi e nuove realtà vogliono emozioni in uncontenitore diverso, uscire, andare fuori dopo una settimana di lavoro, divertirsi, ridere, parlare, e poi la musica, bella, sognante, di “cornice”..….è liberatorio un locale che ha, come progetto, quello di fare incontrare i giovani, per socializzare e, perché no, far nascere le amicizie e anche gli amori, l’emozione dell’incontro….come si faceva ai miei tempi, ma non lo scrivere!!!!
E per finire, il senso dell’essere: dietro un grande uomo c’è sempre una grande donna…..
È vero, io ho vicino una grande donna, come dice il prete all’altare… nel bene e nel male…..una donna solida, serena, una donna che ti prende per mano, ti accarezza e ti guarda mentre ti addormenti, e sai e sei consapevole che c’è, è accanto a te: è la serenità che ti accompagna quando ti svegli la mattina e la sera quando ti addormenti, è il tuo mondo, e sai…….. che in questo viaggio della vita….. non sei più solo.
Grazie Andrea per le tue parole, in questi momenti così difficili per i giovani le parole di un artista evergreen sono un insegnamento prezioso.

I wonder why the comedians , for the public, must necessarily keep the label of the comic, make you laugh , always …..

See , it should be noted well the changing world, the speed of social change and entertainment , by so many factors : they can no longer conceive of the clubs , which are impossible , both for time and for the music itself, loud music , pounding, blaring , streams of boys who are miles to go in the local cult of the moment , the dictates and directions of the DJs , the guys that come at 12, at 13 at night to night until 5 in the morning , go out drunk and risk their lives ….. in fact, economically historic places are in crisis , there are less local , less management , less and less radio dj .
The Project Shed Montepulciano …… the local adapts to a “new” project , which is perhaps better to define ” old project ” , one of the meeting to talk, to socialize and get to know , listen to beautiful music , music that gives you the emotions , impressions and memories , enjoy a good glass , a good meal , and at the end of the evening, go home lucid and serene.
The boys have been overwhelmed by technology and have neglected the psychological and social aspects of socialization today , aware of problems, crises and new realities want uncontenitore different emotions in , get out, go out after a week of work, fun, laugh , talk, and then the music , beautiful, dreamy , to ” frame ” …… is liberating a local who , as a project, to bring together young people, to socialize , and why not , also give rise to friendships and loves, the emotion of …. as it was in my day, but do not write it ! !

di Nadia Fondelli – Quando troppo e quando troppo poco… Questa è la Toscana che in un week end, partito in sordina ieri sera 23 agosto e denominato con una discutibile operazione di marketing-turistico “Toscana Arcobaleno d’Estate mette in fila oltre 700 eventi di cui solo alcuni meritevoli di nota. E gli altri giorni dell’estate? Musei chiusi e calma piatta…
Una grande festa coordinata dalla Regione Toscana con il supporto di Toscana Promozione, Fondazione Sistema Toscana e Toscani nel Mondo e suggerita da un quotidiano che intende puntare i riflettori sulle eccellenze toscane: dai prodotti enogastronomici alle bellezze culturali e paesaggistiche.
Oltre 700 eventi organizzati in un solo week end da comuni, province, associazioni, strutture ricettive, musei, stabilimenti balneari e persino rifugi ad alta quota. Tutti visibili in dettaglio sul sito www.arcobalenodestate.it,
Un tuffo in mare alle 17.30 su tutta la costa, un aperitivo al tramonto, cene al lume di candela e in molti luoghi fuochi d’artificio. la mia domanda è dov’è l’evento?
Non sono queste cose che caratterizzano da sempre l’estate in ogni angolo del mondo? Sono queste le cose che dovrebbero promuovere la Toscana nel mondo? La terra dei geni che si promuove con quotidianeità spacciate per straordinarietà?
A voi comunque, oltre la lista completa di ogni evento un focus su quelli ritenuti più importanti in ogni provincia. E auguri se avete il dono dell’ubiquità e riuscirete in una sera, a seguire oltre 700 eventi…. Non era meglio un eventi, magari ben fatto per ogni sera?
Ovviamente non citeremo locali perchè non riteniamo opportuna la pubblicità occulta, a voi poi il giudizio suu quanto possa essere evento straordinario (ad esempio) una corsa di 50 metri al femminile su tacco 12 ?!?
FIRENZE – A Firenze la festa partirà dall’acqua: è in programma, infatti, l’aperitivo sulla piattaforma galleggiante sull’Arno, con animazione e bagno in piscina. Tanti canottieri, bagnini e commercianti hanno scelto di regalare un’emozione unica ai fiorentini e ai turisti accendendo le luci sull’Arno, vero protagonista della serata.
Per una cena originale sushi e bollicine sull’Arno, con i maestri di sushi in costume folkoristico giapponese. I partecipanti verranno fatti salite sulle caratteristiche dragon boat e accompagnati dai canottieri.
Sempre nel capoluogo toscano apertura straordinaria del Forte Belvedere per gustare il panorama di Firenze e dalle 19.30 aperitivo a tema Arcobaleno. Over the Rainbow è l’iniziativa di Confesercenti Firenze in collaborazione con l’EstateFiorentina/gruppo Effetto Estate Firenze: animeranno otto luoghi della città con aperitivi dai colori dell’Arcobaleno, accompagnati da prodotti locali, musica dal vivo e dj-set.
VERSILIA – In Versilia spazio al tuffo in mare delle 17.30, sfida dei 50 metri in tacco 12 (a Viareggio ore 18.30) e sfilata in notturna dei carri del famoso Carnevale (ore 21.30).
Alle 19.30 nella vicina Torre del Lago “Viva il vino spumeggiante”, l’evento proposto dal Festival Pucciniano per Arcobaleno d’Estate con un grande aperitivo in con vista sul Lago di Massaciuccoli, tanto amato dal grande compositore lucchese.
CARRARA, CAPALBIO, BOLGHERI – La festa si snoderà per tutto il territorio regionale in una ola festosa e colorata. Due gruppi di cavalleggeri partiranno alle 10 di sabato 24 da Carrara e da Capalbio per unirsi in un brindisi collettivo a Bolgheri.
Alle 18 percorreranno il famoso viale dei cipressi e troveranno ad accoglierli tamburini, sbandieratori, falconieri, in compagnia della zecca che per l’occasione “batterà moneta” secondo le antiche tecniche di conio.
I cavalieri sosteranno in piazzetta Ugo per il brindisi alla staffa, offerto dalle Strade del Vino e dell’Olio.
Sempre a Bolgheri la sera del 24 è in programma la serata di beneficenza di Bolgheri Melody “Voci per l’Arpa”, che vedrà la partecipazione, tra gli altri di Andrea Bocelli, Enrico Ruggeri, Noemi. L’incasso sarà devoluto a sostegno del “Progetto Dolore” intitolato a Amos Martellacci.
LIVORNO – Per chi si trovasse a Livorno da non perdere l’evento dal titolo “Tutti colori dell’arcobaleno”: dalle ore 19 aperitivo presso l’acquario di Livorno Piazzale Mascagni, 1 con una selezione di vini serviti e raccontati dai sommelier Fisar, il tutto accompagnato da alcune prelibatezze toscane.
Sempre a Livorno in programma “Museo al chiar di luna per Arcobaleno d’Estate”: apertura straordinaria serale gratuita di tutti i settori espositivi dalle ore 19 alle ore 23.30; visite guidate al Planetario a cura dell’Associazione Livornese Scienze Astronomiche dalle ore 21.15; teatro nella splendida cornice dell’Orto botanico.
PISA E PONTEDERA – Qui la festa è iniziata il 23 agosto con la grande cena Arcobaleno organizzata dal Comune e da Confristoranti. Sei i ristoranti cittadini coinvolti nell’iniziativa che vedrà solo con piatti a Km zero.
Parteciperà ai festeggiamenti anche la torre più famosa del mondo che il 24 agosto resterà illuminata 1 ora in più, fino alle ore 23.
Apertura straordinaria, dalle 18.00 alle 22.00, anche per la Domus Galilaeana (via Santa Maria 26). Appuntamento alle 17.30 per tutti i bagnanti delle spiagge di Marina, Tirrenia e Calambrone per il maxi tuffo collettivo. Seguiranno aperitivi, spettacoli, musica e animazione nei bagni del litorale. Non mancheranno i fuochi d’artificio dalle 22.30 sul lungomare di Marina.
A Pontedera (PI), il Museo Piaggio sarà aperto in via straordinaria con eventi a tema e una mostra speciale, mentre le strade della città saranno animate dal Vespa Club della Valdera. Pontedera rilancia il suo fiume, l’Era, con tante iniziative targate Arcobaleno: un battello fluviale trasporterà i passeggeri alla scoperta delle bellezze naturali del corso d’acqua e a bordo del battello.
PISTOIA – La Festa di San Bartolomeo (dal 23 al 25 agosto) entra nel cartellone dell’ Arcobaleno: nell’occasione il museo Civico resterà aperto sabato 24 agosto dalle 10 fino alle 22 (ingresso gratuito), invitando i bambini, accompagnati dai genitori, a scoprire i dipinti in cui è raffigurato il Santo.
L’aperitivo più alto della Toscana è al rifugio Zeno Colò sul Monte Gomito nel pistoiese (1.892 metri sul livello del mare). A partire dalle 19 del 24 agosto brindisi con prodotti locali, il rifugio è raggiungibile in Ovovia.
Domenica 25 agosto in occasione di Arcobaleno Toscana verrà inaugurato nella stessa zona, l’anello dei crinali appenninici: un gruppo di circa 100 coloratissime mountain bike percorrerà il nuovo itinerario per la prima volta, rappresentando una sorta di arcobaleno che unisce tutte le montagne del nostro Appennino.
SIENA – Alle 19.30 nei locali dell’Enoteca italiana si terrà un brindisi-Arcobaleno in contemporanea con tutta la Toscana. La serata proseguirà con la musica della Fondazione Siena Jazz.
Siena partecipa al cartellone eventi con l’apertura notturna gratuita del Museo Civico e del Complesso Museale S. Maria della Scala dalle ore 21 alle ore 24. Sarà visitabile gratuitamente anche il Teatro dei Rinnovati con visita guidata alle ore 21 e alle ore 22,30. Apertura straordinaria a pagamento (ingresso € 8,00) della Torre del Mangia dalle ore 21 alle ore 24 (chiusura biglietteria ore 23,30).
La Comunità Ebraica di Firenze/Sezione di Siena aderisce all’Arcobaleno con un’apertura straordinaria della Sinagoga di Siena dalle ore 21.15 fino alle 23.30. Alle 21.15 avrà luogo il “brindisi Arcobaleno”, con Chianti Classico Kosher, in collaborazione con l’Azienda Agricola Le Macie (Castelnuovo Berardenga). A seguire, visite guidate gratuite in italiano ed inglese.
PRATO, AREZZO, LUCCA – A Prato da non perdere “Un brindisi per la mostra Da Donatello a Lippi”: i locali pubblici del centro alle 19.30 organizzeranno un aperitivo: scatterà così con un brindisi il conto alla rovescia per la grande mostra sul Rinascimento pratese, che riaprirà dopo 16 anni il Museo della città.
Ad Arezzo spazio all’ “Aperitivo Arcobaleno a Casa Bruschi”: per l’occasione la Casa Museo resterà aperta fino alle 22, con visite guidate alla dimora, alla collezione e alle due mostre temporanee in programma: “Dai Macchiaioli al Novecento, opere della collezione Olschki” e l’esposizione delle opere di Feuerman e Shiota nel percorso Icastica.
A Lucca è di scena la Notte Bianca che per questa edizione entra a far parte del cartellone di Toscana Arcobaleno d’Estate. Al centro della festa ci sarà una caccia al tesoro: un modo originale per celebrazione le Mura urbane di cui si festeggia quest’anno il cinquecentenario.
MAREMMA – Maremma da amare è il titolo dell’aperitivo alla Fattoria La Principina. L’offerta gratuita, oltre alle bevande proporrà vini toscani e maremmani, formaggi locali, salumi e piatti tipici come acquacotta, panzanella, pasta e ceci, crostoni e crostini che rappresentano per la Maremma vere e proprie eccellenze gastronomiche. L’aperitivo del 24 vedrà la partecipazione del Coro degli Etruschi fondato dal poeta contadino Morbello Vergari, purtroppo scomparso, che proporrà il meglio del folklore maremmano.
Anche il Museo di Storia Naturale della Maremma partecipa all’arcobaleno con l’apertura gratuita straordinaria dalle 18.30 alle 23.30.
Insieme alla Toscana brinderanno anche le 110 associazioni dei 120mila Toscani nel Mondo. In questi giorni si sono aggiunte le adesioni di Ginevra e Toronto, per un brindisi che coinvolgerà i 5 continenti: da Melburne e Sidney in Australia e da Accra capitale del Ghana, da Buenos Aires a New York, da Asuncion capitale del Paraguay a Siem Reap in Cambogia, da Bangkok a Miami. In Brasile saranno addirittura quattro gli appuntamenti: Rio de Janeiro, Belo Horizonte, San Paolo e Jacutinga. Si unirà al brindisi anche Berlino, La Havana, Londra, Parigi, Bruxelles e Montreal.

Tra Futurismo e Contemporaneità, un percorso nella scultura italiana sul filo della materia”. Evento che rientra nel progetto “Contemporaneamente…al Cassero!
Suggestioni, poetiche, linguaggi e approfondimenti sulla scultura italiana contemporanea”, realizzato dal Comune di Montevarchi, Assessorato alla Cultura, curato dal direttore scientifico de “Il Cassero” Alfonso Panzetta, finanziato insieme alla Regione Toscana nell’ambito di “Toscanaincontemporanea 2012” e sostenuto da CiAl – Consorzio Nazionale per il Recupero e il Riciclo dell’Alluminio, official partner dell’evento.
Questa mostra, che rappresenta l’evento di punta del progetto, è dedicata all’approfondimento, di taglio storico – tematico, sull’utilizzo di uno dei materiali (medium), della scultura contemporanea come l’alluminio.
Sono oltre 60 le opere esposte provenienti da collezioni pubbliche, archivi e fondazioni private, di artisti come Thayaht e Ram, Regina e Renato Di Bosso, ma anche Bruno Munari e Valeriano Trubbiani, Dadamaino e Gilberto Zorio, e tanti altri scultori che hanno usato l’alluminio per le loro opere.
Un materiale che è comparso nella scultura italiana a partire dalla metà degli anni Dieci del ‘900 fornendo agli artisti nuove e inattese frontiere espressive per tutto il XX secolo, fino alle nuove generazioni del XXI secolo.
Una mostra che non intende essere esaustiva ma avviare, attraverso una congrua selezione di opere, una riflessione sul tema documentando le diverse tecniche d’impiego e le differenti potenzialità comunicative di questo materiale.
Questo racconto trasversale parte dal secondo Futurismo degli anni Venti e Trenta, dove viene messo in evidenza il diverso utilizzo dell’alluminio in relazione al linguaggio plastico scelto dagli artisti; dalle “sintesi plastiche” alle “aereosculture”, fino agli “spazialismi” che precedono la Seconda Guerra Mondiale ( scultori come Mino Delle Site, Wladimiro Tulli, Sante Monachesi), passando per gli scultori più legati al “Novecento” italiano (Lina Arpenani, Carlo Lorenzetti, Giangiacomo Barbieri).
Sono poi presentati alcuni esempi delle prime ricerche informali e astratte del dopoguerra (Alfio Castelli, Francesco Somaini, Ernesto Galeffi), per poi proseguire con la poetica delle “strutture” e delle superfici “optical” degli scultori attivi negli anni Sessanta (Getulio Alviani, Nane Zavagno, Diana Baylon, Bruno Munari) e con l’uso dell’alluminio da parte degli artisti della “figurazione astratta” e dell’“arte povera” attivi tra gli anni Settanta e Novanta.
Infine una selezione di opere, datate dopo il 2000 (Rivalta, Grassino, Garbolino Rù, Borrelli, Loretti), riguarda autori emergenti che impiegano questo metallo in modo sempre più costante e originale.
La mostra è allestita in due sedi: lo spazio mostre temporanee Ernesto Galeffi, via Burzagli 43, per quanto riguarda la sezione storica con le opere del XX secolo, e le sale permanenti de “Il Cassero per la scultura italiana dell’Ottocento e del Novecento”, via Trieste 1, per quella contemporanea del XXI secolo.

This story starts from the second cross-Futurism of the twenties and thirties, where it is highlighted the different use of aluminum in relation to the plastic language chosen by the artists, the “synthetic plastic” to “aereosculture”, to the “spazialismi” preceding World War II (sculptors such as Mino Delle Site, Wladimiro Tulli, Sante Muniz), passing through the sculptors more related to the “Novecento” Italian (Lina Arpenani, Carlo Lorenzetti, Giangiacomo Barbieri).
Are then presented some examples of early research and informal post-war abstract (Alfio Castelli, Francesco Somaini, Ernesto Galeffi), then continue with the poetry of the “structures” of the surfaces and “optical” the sculptors active in the sixties (Alviani, Nane Zavagno, Diana Baylon, Bruno Munari) and with the use of aluminum by the artists of the “abstract representation” and ‘”arte povera” active between the seventies and nineties.
Finally, a selection of works, which date after 2000 (Rivalta, Grassino, Garbolino Rù, Borrelli, Loretti) concerns emerging authors who employ this metal in a more consistent and original.

di redazione – Torna dal 4 agosto all’8 settembre a Stia la 4° Edizione della Mostra Nazionale Collettiva di pittura “Falsi D’Autore”, uno degli eventi più interessanti dell’estate in provincia di Arezzo.
Come per la passata edizione, la mostra si terrà nella splendida cornice della “Limonaia” del Palagio Fiorentino, in origine antica scuderia del castello, ora locale adibito a mostre ed eventi.
Per tutto il mese di agosto, 25 tra i migliori artisti provenienti da tutta Italia esporranno le loro opere, un totale di 120 dipinti per emozionare un pubblico attento, critico e ormai sempre in costante aumento edizione dopo edizione, 4200 presenze certificate per la terza edizione.
La mostra ospiterà l’Associazione “Noi per voi” dell’Ospedale Meyer di Firenze e l’Associazione “Nonni Artisti”, che esporranno le proprie opere a scopo di beneficenza.
All’interno della mostra saranno altresì esposti alcuni lavori provenienti dal Museo della Paglia e dell’Intreccio “Domenico Michelacci” di Signa, i mosaici di Lastrucci artigiani in Firenze, le sculture a basso rilievo di Enrico Paolucci.
Nello stesso periodo si terrà inoltre la “XX Biennale Europea d’Arte Fabbrile”, contemporanea al ” Campionato del mondo di forgiatura”, eventi imperdibili, che renderanno in agosto quest’angolo poco noto di Toscana un bellissimo polo d’attrazione.

di Nicoletta Curradi – Un festival nuovo di zecca, ma forse qualcosa di più: cinema, musica ma anche ogni altra forma d’arte, esperienze del Made in Italy ed ospiti eccellenti sono protagonisti di “Trasparenze in Tuscany”, il nuovo concetto di festival che sarà presentato dal 14 al 16 giugno nei comuni di Firenze, San Casciano dei Bagni ed Orbetello.
Una formula innovativa di festival, diretta e ideata da Deborah Young, International Film Editor di The Hollywood Reporter, che si svolgerà in un’atmosfera rilassata nel rispetto dell’ambiente e della natura.
“Dopo aver seguito i festival di tutto il mondo come critico cinematografico, sono convinta che sia arrivato il momento per evolvere il concetto stesso di festival in una formula nuova, ha spiegato Deborah Young alla presentazione dell’evento, dove la gente non deve correre da un evento all’altro ma può fermarsi e gustare uno spettacolo e chiacchierare con i suoi protagonisti. di redazione – Un grande mese il giugno che ci attende per “Girogustando”, la manifestazione che dal 2002 unisce in Terra di Siena ristoranti e culture culinarie diversi.
Un giugno ricco di tanti spunti fra provocazioni e nonsense. Meglio un pesce povero, un pesce finto o un pesce d’oro? E se il pesce d’oro si trasforma in carne chianina? O se un brigante si mette a legger poesia?
Ecco le serate di giugno dove “i cuochi d’Italia s’incontrano”.
Dopo i primi dieci appuntamenti primaverili tra marzo e maggio, le cinque date in Umbria in aprile e le prime due in provincia di Padova a maggio, la kermesse dei menu a quattro mani propone, sulla soglia dell’estate, altre cinque ghiotte occasioni di confronto e conoscenza in linea con la propria mission 2013 secondo la quale “la cultura vien mangiando”.
Lombardia, Piemonte e Toscana a… Siena. Il calendario senese della manifestazione riparte alla grande mercoledì 5 giugno a Poggibonsi quando il prestigioso Ristorante da Alcide, più di un secolo e mezzo di storia alle spalle, ospiterà l’Osteria di San Cerbone di Massa Marittima (Grosseto), per una serata di riscossa del cosiddetto ‘pesce dimenticato’.
A caratterizzare il menu a quattro mani saranno cefali, moscardini, tremole ed altri freschi esemplari di quella vasta cerchia di pescato facilmente disponibile nell’arcipelago toscano ma troppo spesso sacrificato a beneficio di tipologie più blasonate e lontane per provenienza.
La sera seguente, giovedì 6 giugno, Girogustando si sposta da nord a sud della provincia di Siena. Sul lago di Chiusi “Torlo vini – enoteca con cucina” di Torino farà visita al ristorante Pesce d’oro, che a dispetto del nome si dedicherà per l’occasione esclusivamente agli eccellenti prodotti della terra.
Le due femme cuisineMarta Torlo e Gianna Manfano metteranno a confronto la Fassona piemontese con la Chianina; grazie ai sommelier Ais, il confronto Piemonte-Toscana interesserà anche i rispettivi vitigni Nebbiolo e Sangiovese.
Mercoledì 12 giugno si risalirà poi verso Siena, e parallelamente, anche sui crinali della storia. A Murlo, centro strategico della civiltà etrusca, la Locanda dei Briganti di Gropparello (Piacenza) sarà ‘alloggiata’ per una sera nella Trattoria il Libridinoso: in preda alla passione per libri e scritti in genere, la cuoca Donatella Barcelli alternerà pietanze tradizionali a readings di ‘poesie mangerecce’, interpretate in sala dall’attore senese Camillo Zangrandi.
Umbria e Valdichiana in trasferta a… Padova. Contemporaneamente, il mese di giugno proporrà anche la terza e quarta tappa di Girogustando a Padova e provincia: dopo le prime due serate in maggio, i gemellaggi gastronomici in terra veneta ripartiranno martedì 4 giugno a Santa Giustina in Colle, dove il ristorante l’Angolo di Acquaviva di Montepulciano sarà ospite del ristorante Bianchi, 40 anni di gestione familiare oggi splendidamente proseguita da quattro sorelle, ovvero la nuova generazione della famiglia.
Più avanti, alla vigilia del solstizio d’estate, menu a quattro mani di scena a Vigonza: qui giovedì 20 giugno il ristorante Ai Molini ospiterà Le Macerine di Castiglion del Lago (Perugia).
La Cultura vien mangiando. A riprova dello slogan 2013 di Girogustando, le esposizioni di opere d’arte ed i “live paintings” in programma anche nelle serate di giugno, protagonisti pittori e scultori toscani e veneti. Il cartellone di eventi Girogustando per il 2013 proseguirà fino al mese di novembre.
