di Nadia Fondelli – Al via la quarta edizione di questa competizione di regolarità per auto storiche che si tiene tra Siena e Firenze, nel territorio del Chianti Classico fino all’Argentario includendo anche la Maremma dal 13 al 15 Giugno 2014.
La Corsa di Alcide è diventata ormai una classica delle competizioni di regolarità per auto storiche di livello nazionale. Alla sua quarta edizione, riesce sempre più ad attrarre l’interesse dei più qualificati top-drivers della specialità, sia per la perfetta organizzazione delle scorse edizioni, sia per la indiscutibile qualità dei paesaggi in cui si svolge la corsa e cioè il Chianti Classico, la Maremma, fino all’Argentario.
Un percorso di oltre 650 Km, suddiviso in tre giorni, che attraversa quella parte di Toscana che ha fatto la storia della regione, addentrandosi in zone ai più sconosciute e percorrendo centri storici delle più importanti cittadine: San Gimignano, Greve in Chianti, Monteriggioni, Porto Ercole, Castelnuovo Berardenga.
La formula dei tre giorni, varata lo scorso anno, ha fatto si che la manifestazioni si ponesse all’attenzione di un pubblico più esigente e più qualificato in questo tipo di competizioni: infatti abbiamo quest’anno la presenza di noti personaggi del mondo del motorismo d’epoca soliti alle partecipazioni a Mille Miglia ed altri eventi super titolati.
Spicca fra queste: Giordano Mozzi, top-driver di eccellenza che oltre a vincere la Mille Miglia del 2011, si è piazzato secondo e quarto alle edizioni 2012 e 2013, vincendo un’innumerevole quantità di altre competizioni.
Mozzi ha, tra l’altro onorato della sua presenza alla presentazione ufficiale della manifestazione che si è svolta ad aprile nel Nuovo Centro AUDI di Poggibonsi, in cui ha presentato anche l’auto con la quale ha corso la Mille Miglia 2014: una bellissima Lancia Lambda Spider Casaro del 1928, auto d’eccezione che ha partecipato proprio alla MM del 1928.
La Corsa di Alcide 2014 ha inserito un percorso che si addentrerà nella zona del Brunello, toccando le città di Montalcino e di Buonconvento, facendo assaggiare anche la zona delle Crete Senesi, percorrendo la strada di Radi e Ville di Corsano, ampliando così la panoramica di straordinari paesaggi che già sono stati attraversati nelle passate edizioni.
L’adrenalina del cronometro salirà nei 6 Controlli Orari e nelle ben 74 prove cronometrate al 100/ sec. disseminate lungo il percorso , prove studiate in tratti molto particolari dove si metterà alla prova l’abilità e la scaltrezza degli equuipaggi.
All’interno della corsa tre ulteriori competizioni con relative classifiche e premi:
– Gran Premio del Chianti che si disputerà sulle prove cronometrate di Villarosa, La Madonna di Brolio, e Montefiridolfi.
– Trofeo Macchi le ultime 9 prove cronometrate al 1000/sec. in onore al noto collezionista e pilota valdelsano Bruno Macchi, al cui vincitore spetteranno 91 bottiglie di vino di eccellenza.
– MG CUP – classifica esclusiva per le auto del noto brand inglese MG che si disputerà su tutte le 74 prove.

The Alcide Race has become a classic regularity of competitions for historic cars nationwide. Now in its fourth edition, it increasingly attracting the interest of the most qualified top drivers of the specialty, both for the excellent organization of the previous editions, both for the indisputable quality of the landscape in which the race takes place, and that is the Chianti Classico Maremma, the Argentario up.
A journey of over 650 km, divided into three days, running through that part of Tuscany that has made the history of the region, entering into areas unknown to most people and along the historic centers of the most important towns of San Gimignano, Greve in Chianti, Monteriggioni, Porto Ercole, Castelnuovo Berardenga.

di Simone Focardi – Inaugurata lo scorso dicembre, prosegue con successo l’esposizione della Madonna del Latte dipinta da Ambrogio Lorenzetti nella Cripta del Duomo.
Il prezioso dipinto, proveniente dal Museo Diocesano di Arte Sacra di Siena, è ospitato eccezionalmente ed ha già visto, in poco meno di due mesi, la presenza di circa ventimila visitatori.
Si tratta di un capolavoro della pittura italiana ed europea del Trecento, esempio insigne di maternità per la resa dei sentimenti e considerato da alcuni studiosi “unico” nel Trecento per la sua “sacralità umanizzata”.
Per dare la possibilità anche al pubblico internazionale di ammirare la preziosa tempera su tavola, icona della pittura senese, l’Opera della Metropolitana ha deciso di prorogare l’esposizione fino al 31 ottobre 2014.
La Madonna di Ambrogio Lorenzetti, simbolo della Chiesa, nutre con la Grazia divina i fedeli in modo che essi possano dare alla luce in se stessi il Verbo divino e divenire così “altri Cristi”. Lo sguardo penetrante del Figlio sembra quasi un invito all’osservatore perché come Lui attinga alle sorgenti della salvezza.
L’iconografia della Madonna del Latte si sviluppa a partire dal XIII secolo, con ampio sviluppo in Toscana, sulla scorta di nuovi fermenti sociali e religiosi diffusi nella comunità dei fedeli che tendono a instaurare un rapporto di umanità con le figure della fede cristiana. Ma al di là dei vari esemplari presenti a Siena e altrove, la Madonna del Latte di Ambrogio Lorenzetti può considerarsi il paradigma iconografico di questo soggetto.
L’allestimento è stato realizzato negli spazi suddetti con il supporto di pannelli, video e touchscreen. In occasione della proroga sarà inoltre creato un percorso all’interno del Complesso monumentale del Duomo (Museo e Cattedrale) al fine di illustrare la tematica della Madonna del Latte. Durante il periodo dell’esposizione saranno inoltre organizzate visite guidate lungo l’itinerario mariano (Madonna del latte di Paolo di Giovanni Fei e Polittico di Gregorio di Cecco nel Museo dell’Opera, Altare Piccolomini in Duomo). La mostra offre inoltre la possibilità di estendersi con il percorso Viae, dedicato alla Vergine Maria. L’itinerario comprende, oltre alla Cattedrale, la Collegiata di Provenzano e la Basilica di Santa Maria dei Servi.

The precious painting , from the Diocesan Museum of Sacred Art in Siena, is housed exceptionally and has already seen, in less than two months, the presence of about twenty thousand visitors.
It is a masterpiece of Italian and European painting of the fourteenth century , an outstanding example of motherhood for the surrender of the feelings and considered by some scholars “unique” in the fourteenth century for its ” sacredness humanized .”
To give the possibility to the international public to admire the precious tempera on panel, Sienese painting of the icon , the Opera Metro has decided to extend the exhibition until 31 October 2014.
Our Lady of Ambrogio Lorenzetti , symbol of the Church , nourished by divine Grace the faithful so that they can give birth to the divine Word in themselves and thus become ” other Christs .” Penetrating gaze of the Son seems almost an invitation to the viewer because as He draws the springs of salvation .

On the occasion of the extension will also create a path within the Monumental Complex of the Duomo ( Cathedral Museum ) in order to illustrate the theme of the Madonna del Latte. During the exhibition period will also be guided tours along the route of Mary ( Our Lady of the milk of Paolo di Giovanni Fei and Gregorio di Cecco Altarpiece in the Museo dell’Opera , Piccolomini altar in the cathedral) . The exhibition also offers the possibility of extending the path Viae , dedicated to the Virgin Mary. di Nadia Fondelli – Anche quest’anno il febbraio toscano è tempo di Anteprime dei vini. Pubblichiamo quindi un breve sunto di quelle che sono le principali anteprime vinicole toscane ancora increduli dall’inopportuna contemporaneità di più eventi.
Giorni pienissimi d’impegni per gli operatori del nettare di Bacco soprattutto il 16 e 17 febbraio quando, in contemporanea, ben tre grandi eventi si sfideranno.
Impossibile infatti per gli operatori, se non hanno il dono dell’ubicuità, essere contemporaneamente a Firenze, San Gimignano e Montepulciano.
Sono forse lontani i giorni della promessa pace fra le grandi denominazioni toscane quando si paventava un’unica grande anteprima?
Decisamente sì, ahimè, e non è un bene per nessuno.
Apre le danze Buy Wine 2014 il 16 e 17 febbraio alla Fortezza da Basso di Firenze è evento dedicato alle piccole denominazioni emergenti, una sorta di Anteprima delle “piccole grandi firme” di Toscana. Circa 280 produttori con le loro annate al servizio dei soli operatori del settore.
In contemporanea, sempre il 16 e 17 febbraio a Montepulciano si svolgerà l’Anteprima del Vino Nobile presso la Fortezza di Montepulciano. Ospiti d’onore il Vino Nobile di Montepulciano 2011, la Riserva 2010 ed il Rosso di Montepulciano 2012.
Sempre il 16 e 17 febbraio fra le torri di San Gimignano si terrà l’Anteprima della Vernaccia con la Vernaccia di San Gimignano 2013 e la Riserva 2012.
Il 19 febbraio tutti insieme alla Stazione Leopolda di Firenze che ancora prima di Matteo Renzi era celebre per quella che è ormai un classico… La Classico Collection 2014 con campioni di botte del 2013, anteprime 2012 e riserve 2011. Oltre 140 produttori e anche l’opportunità di degustare gli oli extra vergine di oliva Dop Chianti Classico.
Alcuni giorni di pausa e poi, il 23 e 24 febbraio tutti a Montalcino per Benvenuto Brunello dove sarà presentato il Brunello 2009, la Riserva 2008 e Il Rosso di Montalcino 2012.

di Nadia Fondelli – L’autunno in Toscana dopo le grandi fatiche della vendemmia è stagione di grandi frutti della terra: castagne, tartufo e olio extra vergine d’oliva.
L’olivo è uno dei simboli stessi del paesaggio toscano, insieme ai cipressi e alle dolci colline. E proprio in questi giorni in cui nelle campagne è iniziata la raccolta e la frangitura delle olive, un rito antichissimo che si ripete da migliaia di anni, nei borghi antichi si celebra con feste ad hoc questo grande prodotto.
Fino a dicembre moltissime sono le occasioni di festa in Toscana per celebrare la raccolta dei frutti di questo albero.
Grande evento quello che si celebrerà nelle Crete Senesi, a San Quirico d’Orcia, dove nasce uno degli extravergine più ricercati della Toscana, realizzato ancora oggi con le macine in pietra. Dal 5 all’8 dicembre si potranno gustare insieme all’olio tutte le specialità locali: dalla carne chianina autentica ai formaggi. Per chi lo vorrà l’occasione è ghiotta per iscriversi a corsi di degustazione, fare trekking negli oliveti, ascoltare musica e i curiosi spettacoli degli artisti di strada. E domenica 8 dicembre, chi riuscirà a prenotare potrà arrivare nel borgo con lo storico Treno Natura, in partenza da Siena, e godersi i panorami mozzafiato della Valdorcia a bordo delle carrozze d’epoca.
Oro verde protagonista anche sul Monte Amiata, dove con la prima neve della sttagione arrivano anche le degustazioni di prodotti a chilometri zero, le sfide culinarie tra chef della zona e gli assaggi di olio nuovo a Semproniano il weekend del 23 e 24 novembre.
Ma come sarà l’extra vergine d’oliva toscano 2013?
Qualita’ superba e raccolto generoso in poche parole, finalmente aggiungiamo… dopo due annate inferiori alle aspettative, i primi dati (quantitativi) di questa nuova stagione confermano le previsioni di una produzione medio-buona che si aggirerà intorno ai 160.000 quintali con un aumento, se pur disomogeneo, tra il 5% ed il 10%.
La produzione potenzialmente certificabile come olio Toscano Igp, la principale denominazione d’origine a livello nazionale con oltre 11mila soci, potrebbe raggiungere il 45% (produzione con tracciabilità), mentre il prodotto effettivamente controllato e certificato si stima raggiungerà i 35-40.000 quintali.
A confermare la buona annata per l’olivicoltura sono Coldiretti Toscana e Consorzio di Tutela per l’Olio Toscano Igp nel corso dell’apertura ufficiale della stagione olivicola 2013 che si e’ tenuta al Podere Carrai a Traquanda (Siena) con l’assaggio del primo olio dell’anno.
L’abbondante fioritura della passata primavera, malgrado sia stata seguita da abbondanti piogge, ha dato – analizzano Coldiretti e Consorzio Tutela Olio Toscano Igp – una buona allegazione e attualmente possiamo osservare una maturazione leggermente in ritardo rispetto agli anni precedenti.
”Grazie alle favorevoli condizioni meteo l’olio sarà di ottima qualità sia sotto il profilo dell’acidità che delle caratteristiche organolettiche”, afferma Coldiretti Toscana.

di Nadia Fondelli – Per chi associa il gusto speciale ed unico del tartufo con il Piemonte sbaglia. In Italia esiste oltre a quest’isola felice rinomatissima altri luoghi vocati al prezioso tubero ed in Toscana ben due sono le località regine del tartufo che in questo novembre danno il meglio di se con le mostre mercato: San Miniato e San Giovanni d’Asso.
La prima Sagra del Tartufo di San Miniato si svolse alla fine degli anni sessanta e più precisamente il 26 Ottobre 1969 nella Piazza Del Duomo e, dopo due anni di stop, che servirono sicuramente a capire quale “potenziale” avesse questo prezioso prodotto, la festa è stata puntualmente ripetuta ogni anno.
Nel corso degli anni quella che era una semplice sagra si è ampliata sempre più, diventando oggi una Mostra Mercato di livello internazionale tant’è che la Mostra viene presentata alla stampa anche a Milano: al Tartufo Bianco, sempre protagonista assoluto, si sono aggiunti altri prodotti locali d’eccellenza toscani e nazionali come vini, formaggi e salumi che fanno di questi tre week-end di novembre un’importante vetrina delle grandi eccellenze italiane, poco conosciute e troppo spesso dimenticate.
Oggi arrivati al 43° anniversario, San Miniato ha saputo conservare la ricchezza delle tradizioni popolari che ancora fanno vivere al turista emozioni d’altri tempi: viene premiato il tartufo più grosso e il tartufaio più anziano, i commercianti espongono i loro prodotti, le associazioni si occupano di “ristorare i viandanti” con vecchie ricette, gli agriturismi offrono alloggi confortevoli in vecchie case coloniche e tutto questo lascia al turista il sapore del territorio e il desiderio di ripetere l’esperienza l’anno successivo.
L’edizione di quest’anno, dopo l’inaugurazione del 9 novembre con la consueta asta di beneficenza prosegue nei week end del 16, 17 novembre e 23, 24 novembre con fra l’altro con l’Omaggio al Cigoli con l’esposizione dell’autoritratto dell’artista Lodovico Cardi a Palazzo Grifoni. Da segnalate anche le visite guidate ai monumenti principali e ai segreti nascosti di San Miniato e la XXV Mostra Filatelico-Numismatica.
A San Giovanni d’Asso la Mostra Mercato è giunta quest’autunno alla sua XXVIII edizione. Ancora un week end speciale, quello del 16, 17 novembre per scoprire questo meraviglioso borgo medievale delle crete senesi adagiato in un paesaggio mozzafiato e il suo prezioso tubero.
Sarà possibile oltre alla mostra visitare anche il Museo del Tartufo – primo in Italia – e le mostre di artigianato e prodotti tipici per le vie del paese.
E per un’esperienza unica – da prenotare subito in quanto i posti sono limitati – è possibile il 17 novembre raggiungere San Giovanni d’Asso col Trenonatura, un bellissimo treno d’epoca che a ritmi d’altri tempi attraverso un paesaggio unico e ospitandovi nelle sue carrozze centoporte fra fischi e sbuffi di vapore vi porterà nella capitale del tartufo.

In Italy there is in addition other places suited to the precious tuber in Tuscany and two queens are the localities of the truffle in this November that give the best of themselves with the exhibitions market : San Miniato and San Giovanni d’Asso.

di Nadia Fondelli – Quando troppo e quando troppo poco… Questa è la Toscana che in un week end, partito in sordina ieri sera 23 agosto e denominato con una discutibile operazione di marketing-turistico “Toscana Arcobaleno d’Estate mette in fila oltre 700 eventi di cui solo alcuni meritevoli di nota. E gli altri giorni dell’estate? Musei chiusi e calma piatta…
Una grande festa coordinata dalla Regione Toscana con il supporto di Toscana Promozione, Fondazione Sistema Toscana e Toscani nel Mondo e suggerita da un quotidiano che intende puntare i riflettori sulle eccellenze toscane: dai prodotti enogastronomici alle bellezze culturali e paesaggistiche.
Oltre 700 eventi organizzati in un solo week end da comuni, province, associazioni, strutture ricettive, musei, stabilimenti balneari e persino rifugi ad alta quota. Tutti visibili in dettaglio sul sito www.arcobalenodestate.it,
Un tuffo in mare alle 17.30 su tutta la costa, un aperitivo al tramonto, cene al lume di candela e in molti luoghi fuochi d’artificio. la mia domanda è dov’è l’evento?
Non sono queste cose che caratterizzano da sempre l’estate in ogni angolo del mondo? Sono queste le cose che dovrebbero promuovere la Toscana nel mondo? La terra dei geni che si promuove con quotidianeità spacciate per straordinarietà?
A voi comunque, oltre la lista completa di ogni evento un focus su quelli ritenuti più importanti in ogni provincia. E auguri se avete il dono dell’ubiquità e riuscirete in una sera, a seguire oltre 700 eventi…. Non era meglio un eventi, magari ben fatto per ogni sera?
Ovviamente non citeremo locali perchè non riteniamo opportuna la pubblicità occulta, a voi poi il giudizio suu quanto possa essere evento straordinario (ad esempio) una corsa di 50 metri al femminile su tacco 12 ?!?
FIRENZE – A Firenze la festa partirà dall’acqua: è in programma, infatti, l’aperitivo sulla piattaforma galleggiante sull’Arno, con animazione e bagno in piscina. Tanti canottieri, bagnini e commercianti hanno scelto di regalare un’emozione unica ai fiorentini e ai turisti accendendo le luci sull’Arno, vero protagonista della serata.
Per una cena originale sushi e bollicine sull’Arno, con i maestri di sushi in costume folkoristico giapponese. I partecipanti verranno fatti salite sulle caratteristiche dragon boat e accompagnati dai canottieri.
Sempre nel capoluogo toscano apertura straordinaria del Forte Belvedere per gustare il panorama di Firenze e dalle 19.30 aperitivo a tema Arcobaleno. Over the Rainbow è l’iniziativa di Confesercenti Firenze in collaborazione con l’EstateFiorentina/gruppo Effetto Estate Firenze: animeranno otto luoghi della città con aperitivi dai colori dell’Arcobaleno, accompagnati da prodotti locali, musica dal vivo e dj-set.
VERSILIA – In Versilia spazio al tuffo in mare delle 17.30, sfida dei 50 metri in tacco 12 (a Viareggio ore 18.30) e sfilata in notturna dei carri del famoso Carnevale (ore 21.30).
Alle 19.30 nella vicina Torre del Lago “Viva il vino spumeggiante”, l’evento proposto dal Festival Pucciniano per Arcobaleno d’Estate con un grande aperitivo in con vista sul Lago di Massaciuccoli, tanto amato dal grande compositore lucchese.
CARRARA, CAPALBIO, BOLGHERI – La festa si snoderà per tutto il territorio regionale in una ola festosa e colorata. Due gruppi di cavalleggeri partiranno alle 10 di sabato 24 da Carrara e da Capalbio per unirsi in un brindisi collettivo a Bolgheri.
Alle 18 percorreranno il famoso viale dei cipressi e troveranno ad accoglierli tamburini, sbandieratori, falconieri, in compagnia della zecca che per l’occasione “batterà moneta” secondo le antiche tecniche di conio.
I cavalieri sosteranno in piazzetta Ugo per il brindisi alla staffa, offerto dalle Strade del Vino e dell’Olio.
Sempre a Bolgheri la sera del 24 è in programma la serata di beneficenza di Bolgheri Melody “Voci per l’Arpa”, che vedrà la partecipazione, tra gli altri di Andrea Bocelli, Enrico Ruggeri, Noemi. L’incasso sarà devoluto a sostegno del “Progetto Dolore” intitolato a Amos Martellacci.
LIVORNO – Per chi si trovasse a Livorno da non perdere l’evento dal titolo “Tutti colori dell’arcobaleno”: dalle ore 19 aperitivo presso l’acquario di Livorno Piazzale Mascagni, 1 con una selezione di vini serviti e raccontati dai sommelier Fisar, il tutto accompagnato da alcune prelibatezze toscane.
Sempre a Livorno in programma “Museo al chiar di luna per Arcobaleno d’Estate”: apertura straordinaria serale gratuita di tutti i settori espositivi dalle ore 19 alle ore 23.30; visite guidate al Planetario a cura dell’Associazione Livornese Scienze Astronomiche dalle ore 21.15; teatro nella splendida cornice dell’Orto botanico.
PISA E PONTEDERA – Qui la festa è iniziata il 23 agosto con la grande cena Arcobaleno organizzata dal Comune e da Confristoranti. Sei i ristoranti cittadini coinvolti nell’iniziativa che vedrà solo con piatti a Km zero.
Parteciperà ai festeggiamenti anche la torre più famosa del mondo che il 24 agosto resterà illuminata 1 ora in più, fino alle ore 23.
Apertura straordinaria, dalle 18.00 alle 22.00, anche per la Domus Galilaeana (via Santa Maria 26). Appuntamento alle 17.30 per tutti i bagnanti delle spiagge di Marina, Tirrenia e Calambrone per il maxi tuffo collettivo. Seguiranno aperitivi, spettacoli, musica e animazione nei bagni del litorale. Non mancheranno i fuochi d’artificio dalle 22.30 sul lungomare di Marina.
A Pontedera (PI), il Museo Piaggio sarà aperto in via straordinaria con eventi a tema e una mostra speciale, mentre le strade della città saranno animate dal Vespa Club della Valdera. Pontedera rilancia il suo fiume, l’Era, con tante iniziative targate Arcobaleno: un battello fluviale trasporterà i passeggeri alla scoperta delle bellezze naturali del corso d’acqua e a bordo del battello.
PISTOIA – La Festa di San Bartolomeo (dal 23 al 25 agosto) entra nel cartellone dell’ Arcobaleno: nell’occasione il museo Civico resterà aperto sabato 24 agosto dalle 10 fino alle 22 (ingresso gratuito), invitando i bambini, accompagnati dai genitori, a scoprire i dipinti in cui è raffigurato il Santo.
L’aperitivo più alto della Toscana è al rifugio Zeno Colò sul Monte Gomito nel pistoiese (1.892 metri sul livello del mare). A partire dalle 19 del 24 agosto brindisi con prodotti locali, il rifugio è raggiungibile in Ovovia.
Domenica 25 agosto in occasione di Arcobaleno Toscana verrà inaugurato nella stessa zona, l’anello dei crinali appenninici: un gruppo di circa 100 coloratissime mountain bike percorrerà il nuovo itinerario per la prima volta, rappresentando una sorta di arcobaleno che unisce tutte le montagne del nostro Appennino.
SIENA – Alle 19.30 nei locali dell’Enoteca italiana si terrà un brindisi-Arcobaleno in contemporanea con tutta la Toscana. La serata proseguirà con la musica della Fondazione Siena Jazz.
Siena partecipa al cartellone eventi con l’apertura notturna gratuita del Museo Civico e del Complesso Museale S. Maria della Scala dalle ore 21 alle ore 24. Sarà visitabile gratuitamente anche il Teatro dei Rinnovati con visita guidata alle ore 21 e alle ore 22,30. Apertura straordinaria a pagamento (ingresso € 8,00) della Torre del Mangia dalle ore 21 alle ore 24 (chiusura biglietteria ore 23,30).
La Comunità Ebraica di Firenze/Sezione di Siena aderisce all’Arcobaleno con un’apertura straordinaria della Sinagoga di Siena dalle ore 21.15 fino alle 23.30. Alle 21.15 avrà luogo il “brindisi Arcobaleno”, con Chianti Classico Kosher, in collaborazione con l’Azienda Agricola Le Macie (Castelnuovo Berardenga). A seguire, visite guidate gratuite in italiano ed inglese.
PRATO, AREZZO, LUCCA – A Prato da non perdere “Un brindisi per la mostra Da Donatello a Lippi”: i locali pubblici del centro alle 19.30 organizzeranno un aperitivo: scatterà così con un brindisi il conto alla rovescia per la grande mostra sul Rinascimento pratese, che riaprirà dopo 16 anni il Museo della città.
Ad Arezzo spazio all’ “Aperitivo Arcobaleno a Casa Bruschi”: per l’occasione la Casa Museo resterà aperta fino alle 22, con visite guidate alla dimora, alla collezione e alle due mostre temporanee in programma: “Dai Macchiaioli al Novecento, opere della collezione Olschki” e l’esposizione delle opere di Feuerman e Shiota nel percorso Icastica.
A Lucca è di scena la Notte Bianca che per questa edizione entra a far parte del cartellone di Toscana Arcobaleno d’Estate. Al centro della festa ci sarà una caccia al tesoro: un modo originale per celebrazione le Mura urbane di cui si festeggia quest’anno il cinquecentenario.
MAREMMA – Maremma da amare è il titolo dell’aperitivo alla Fattoria La Principina. L’offerta gratuita, oltre alle bevande proporrà vini toscani e maremmani, formaggi locali, salumi e piatti tipici come acquacotta, panzanella, pasta e ceci, crostoni e crostini che rappresentano per la Maremma vere e proprie eccellenze gastronomiche. L’aperitivo del 24 vedrà la partecipazione del Coro degli Etruschi fondato dal poeta contadino Morbello Vergari, purtroppo scomparso, che proporrà il meglio del folklore maremmano.
Anche il Museo di Storia Naturale della Maremma partecipa all’arcobaleno con l’apertura gratuita straordinaria dalle 18.30 alle 23.30.
Insieme alla Toscana brinderanno anche le 110 associazioni dei 120mila Toscani nel Mondo. In questi giorni si sono aggiunte le adesioni di Ginevra e Toronto, per un brindisi che coinvolgerà i 5 continenti: da Melburne e Sidney in Australia e da Accra capitale del Ghana, da Buenos Aires a New York, da Asuncion capitale del Paraguay a Siem Reap in Cambogia, da Bangkok a Miami. In Brasile saranno addirittura quattro gli appuntamenti: Rio de Janeiro, Belo Horizonte, San Paolo e Jacutinga. Si unirà al brindisi anche Berlino, La Havana, Londra, Parigi, Bruxelles e Montreal.

The Jewish Community of Florence / Siena section adheres to Arcobaleno with a special opening of the synagogue of Siena from 21.15 until 23.30. At 21:15 will take place on “toast Rainbow”, with Kosher Chianti Classico, in collaboration with the Azienda Agricola Le Macie (Castelnuovo Berardenga). Afterwards, free guided tours in Italian and English.
